Scope:
Client: R. O' Brien. The site is located off a narrow avenue accessed from the main road adjacent to Portmarnock Village. Three new houses replaced a single house on the site. Each house has been individually designed, with each responding to the aspect and orientation of each site. The result is a hybrid of traditional dormer style house and a more contemporary approach. The houses and their sites act in unison to provide a good quality living environment.
