Graduate Building Surveyor

Duties:

 

This is an opportunity for a graduate Building Surveyor to gain experience across a wide range of building and construction related areas. The successful candidate will work under an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor in order to achieve successful APC.As the business practice is growing, it also offers the opportunity to further career prospects.

Technical Due Diligence

 

Building Inspections

 

Defects Analysis

 

Dilapidations

 

Assigned Certifier

 

Statutory Compliance Matters and Contract Administration

 

Fire Safety Certificate Applications

 

Disability Access Certificate Applications

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

 

Bsc, (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying, or equivalent, with full knowledge of Irish or British Building Regulations a requirement.

 

0-1 years Building Surveying experience and be willing to work, as part of a successful team in a growing practice

 

The role will suit an ambitious and enthusiastic individual wishing to advance their career

 

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential

 

Proficient IT skills, including, Word and Excel and Autocad. Some experience of  Revit will be an advantage

 

Good Technical knowledge

 

Ability to deliver high quality work to a diverse Client base

 

Clean Driving Licence

 

Self-motivated, efficient, have the ability to manage his/her own workload, be commercially aware, well organised, personable and have a flexible approach to work
